- If you complete your payment and upload your files before 5pm, the Turnaround Time will begin on the following business day. However, for orders completed after 5pm, the Turnaround Time will start on the second business day.
- If you request a proof or if a problem arises and you need to review a proof, it’s essential to approve the proof before 5pm to initiate your Turnaround Time on the next business day. However, if you approve the proof after 5pm, the Turnaround Time will commence on the second business day. Additionally, if you have a pending payment, your entire order will be placed on hold until the payment is made. Once you have fully paid for your order, the Turnaround Time will begin based on the aforementioned guidelines.
