3. Products and Services

1. Print Station offers custom printing services and related products as described on our website.
2. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update our product offerings at any time without prior notice.
3. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly represent the final product due to variations in color display and printing processes.

4. Ordering Process

1. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Print Station.
2. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our sole discretion.
3. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.
4. We may cancel an order at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Pricing and Payment

1. All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
2. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Payment is due in full at the time of placing an order.
4. We accept payments through Yoco and EFT.
5. Production of your order will not begin until full payment has been received and cleared.

6. Customer Responsibilities

1. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including delivery address and contact details.
2. You must provide print-ready artwork that meets our specified requirements. We are not responsible for errors in printed products due to incorrect or incomplete artwork submissions.
3. For orders requiring design services, you must approve the final artwork before printing. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check for errors, spelling mistakes, and other inaccuracies.
4. You warrant that you have the right to use and reproduce any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other intellectual property included in your artwork.

7. Intellectual Property

1. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the artwork you provide to us.
2. By submitting artwork to Print Station, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
3. Print Station retains all intellectual property rights in our website, designs, and proprietary printing processes.

8. Production and Delivery

1. Production times vary depending on the product and are estimates only. We do not guarantee specific production or delivery dates.
2. Delivery is carried out by third-party courier services. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by these services.
3. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

10. Cancellations and Modifications

1. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled or modified except at our discretion.
2. If we agree to cancel an order, a cancellation fee may apply to cover any costs incurred.

11. Refunds and Returns

12. Limitation of Liability

1. Print Station’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the order in question.
2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.
3. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained from us will meet your expectations.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Print Station, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of our products or services; (ii) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; (iii) your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your artwork or use of our products infringes upon the rights of a third party.

14. Force Majeure

Print Station shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials. This force majeure provision also extends to our suppliers, courier services, and other third-party providers essential to our operations.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

17. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
